Adult Development Day Treatment Center

ADDT offers assessments, as well as habilitative, supervised living, prevocational, therapeutic, and educational services. In order to receive services, a client must:  ssist adults with developmental disabilities to learn and become more independent. Living skills including self care, adaptive behavior skills and community integration are promoted and reinforced by trained staff. Through partnership with Connex Therapies Inc. we are able to provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Pathology services as prescribed by participants' primary care physicians. Additionally, the ADDT programs promote socialization through participation in community outings, dances, celebrations, and other activities. Abilities Unlimited strives to provide a fun, safe, and structured environment wherein our participants can develop new skills, strengthen existing skills, and utilize those skills in their daily lives.

Qualifications:

ADDT offers assessments, as well as habilitative, supervised living, prevocational, theraputic, and educational services. In order to receive services, a client must:  

• Have Medicaid
• Have a developmental disability diagnosis that originated before the age of 22
• Must be 21 and older or between 18-21 years of age with a diploma or certificate of completion
• Have a medical necessity for services verified by a physician
• Have a written prescription from a physician
