Direct Support Professional- Provides companionship, guidance, and assistance to the individual in their home and community to work on goals established in their Person-Centered Service Plan. These goals pertain to regular activities of daily living such as meal prep and planning, medication management, cleaning, hygiene, money management, community integration, and other daily living skills.
Supportive Living Trainer- This employee will supervise the residential center staff while ensuring the proper operations of the facility on their shifts. The employee will also work directly with the clients in their home.
Pay rate varies with each individual. Most positions start between $11.50 -$15 per hour depending on the needs of the individual.
ADDT Aide: Work with the clients in a classroom setting, implementing goals/activities in a motivating and encouraging manner. Aides must document daily progress and maintain records for Medicaid billing.
ADDT Bus Driver: Responsible for transporting clients to and from the consumers home to the work center, inspect and maintain buses, complete Medicaid transportation billing, and clean buses.
ADDT Cook: Responsible for preparing daily meals in the ADDT programs. Must follow nutritionist approved menus, order supplies weekly, and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.

Retail Worker: Assist in the daily operations of the clothes processing center such as handling, tagging, and sizing clothing. Maintain knowledge of current promotions. Receive payments, issue receipts, and count money in drawers. Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time and be able to load racks of clothing on to trucks.
Processing Center: Assist in the daily operations of the clothes processing center such as handling, tagging, and sizing clothing. Establish or identify prices of goods. Knowledge of clothing brands a plus. Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time and be able to load racks of clothing on to trucks.
Recycling General Labor: Job duties include sorting materials such as metals and constructions materials into appropriate containers, and extracting chemicals from discarded appliances. Employees will clean recycling materials, the recycling yard, and equipment. Employees may operate forklifts, bailers, pallet jacks, power lifts, and front-end loaders.
