Personal Adjustment Center
When the Personal Adjustment Center (PAC) opened in 1981, it consisted of 20 apartments, a commons building, and a courtyard. Two of the original apartments are fully wheelchair accessible. The commons building provides laundry facilities, congregate meals if desired, and an open area for socializing. The courtyard has a pavilion with seating for an inviting area to socialize outdoors. Individuals living in PAC can choose a private apartment or to have a roommate. Rent covers the apartment, utilities, and meals in the commons building.
PAC Triplexes
In 2018 Abilities Unlimited opened the Triplexes that adjoin the Personal Adjustment Center. The Triplexes consist of nine 3-bedroom/2bathroom apartments that are fully wheelchair accessible. Individuals that live in the triplex apartments have their own bedroom, but the main living areas are shared between the roommates of that apartment.
